Course Description

In this subject will be studied various theories about organizational structure, organizational processes, internal relations, and organizational performance.

Course Objectives

The purpose of this course is to provide students with theories and concepts to enable understanding of the behavior of individuals, groups and organizations in a global business environment. The interaction between the elements of the organization, personality, leadership, motivation, labor benefits, work for achieving organizational effectiveness will be explored.
